Are you familiar with the feeling of being overwhelmed? Stress, conflict and anxiety-provoking situations often cause one to feel downtrodden and create a sense of being worried – this leads to it seeming more and more difficult to enjoy life to the fullest.

You may not think it possible to gain control of these overwhelming negative emotions and experiences. At my practice, you will learn to independently manage challenging professional and personal situations. Together, we will develop ways to manage your challenges using a well-proven strategy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

This effective method of owning the moment follows a simple process:

In your first appointment, we will identify subconscious patterns and motives that influence your everyday habits. We can then develop effective alternatives to establish more effective approaches. Through this, you gain control in real life situations. This has life-long benefits as these methods can be applied at any point in your future. In subsequent appointments, we will develop your personal management skills; these will allow you to set and attain your goals  in a step-wise process and to negotiate obstacles.

The length of this process varies according to the challenges you need to confront. Typically, it takes twelve sessions of one hour each. On completion, you will have developed a foundation for long-term contentment, balance and a pro-active orientation.
